I've a really sad piece of news to share ... so recently a friend of mine whom I've known for many years passed away. I don't want to talk so much about it because it never fails to bring tears to my eyes. JiankaiOng, 22 was one of the most genuine and nicest people I've ever met. I still can't believe he is gone.... He sure had a bright future ahead and many people who cared and loved him.. Oh well.. But I guess God needed him more. Jiankai, Rest in Peace. You'll forever be remembered, my friend.
Other than that...I'd like to say that life has been awesome as of late. I'm technically a really happy person everyday. Mum and I argue less too which is a really good thing! I really hate it whenever she and I quarrel. :(
I really thank the readers who actually tried in some way or another to reach out to me by writing in or leaving a comment, be it through email, formspring, twitter or even through facebook. Oh or even just posting a comment on my blog entry itself. Do you know you can actually post comments? Hahaha, if you didn't know. :P

Thanks so much la babe. :') You had nooooo idea how happy I was when I read this message. I was out with Kalebh at that time, and I was all like "Omg! Look! look! so sweet la omgomg!". Hahaha, I'm not trying to say I get fan mail all the time. In fact, I don't get alot. So, whenever I do, I really really appreciate it so much. I wish I had saved all the previous ones I had. Sadly, it was all always through facebook and so, saving it never really crossed my mind. However, from now on, I'm gonna make sure I save every single one. Honestly, I feel really honoured that I'm actually a rolemodel and inspiration to some. It makes me feel really good about myself... like this blog is not just some bimbotic little diary full of camwhore pictures. It's actually helping someone out there... without me even realizing it at all. Thank you for letting me be that person.. who inspires you. :)

Who'd have thought that I'd even have a reader all the way in Germany? Haha! Thank you sooo much Bianca and Afira and to all the other readers who've ever sent me mail telling me you appreciate what I blog about. :) You guys really inspire me to always keep this little space updated. Love you guys :))
And so.... yeah..moving on to other things. HATERS. I guess haters will always be around no matter how much I just wish they'd go away. Sometimes I find myself wondering, "What did I ever do that was soooo wrong that made me gain these haters?". I remember how bad it got at one point. I had so many people calling me a bitch, a slut, a whore etc... and I found myself thinking... But I'm not a slut. I'm not a whore. And I definitely am NOT a bitch. If you actually take the effort to get to know me, I'm probably one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. HAHAH. Seriously la. So nice to the point people step all over me sometimes... oh well. But of course, if you're a bitch to me, then yeah... I'll be a bigger bitch to you. Hehe.
Oh and I don't sleep around do I? I'm just like any other girl out there. I fall in love. I fall out of love. If it doesn't work out, what am I supposed to do? Isn't that what dating is all about? To figure out if the person is the right one for you? So honestly, I don't think it's wrong to give dating a shot. If it doesn't work out? Then that's just too bad. How does that make a person a slut right? Just cos she changes guys like she changes her underwear is it? Haha. Oh well.. people are just too stereotypical these days. They'd find fault over anything that even I too, have given up trying to please society. I do whatever makes me happy because at the end of the day, it is my life and mine alone to live. And honestly, everyone should think this way. Why waste time and energy worrying about people who don't matter? Is it their problem at all? If you want to do something, do it. Never for a second ever think twice just because you're worried or afraid of what others might think.
I guess that's how I pretty much got over cyber-bullying too. Back then, I used to always be super sad whenever I received a really nasty comment. Now? When I see one? I'm just like... "Meh..." *deletes*. Or sometimes... I even laugh and joke about it with my friends.
I once saw someone tweet this,
"Haters are just confused admirers. They just can't understand why everybody loves you".
I'm not trying to imply that everyone loves me, but I guess in a way, I'd definitely agree with the first sentence. They hate and pin point at every flaw another person has to make themselves feel better. Sad, but that's usually the case. Whether you're getting bullied online or in real-life, never add fire to the fuel. Just ignore and over time, they too will get tired of it. Or if you're getting really badly bullied in real life, speak to someone you can trust. Never deal with it alone. Talk to a teacher. Your parents. A close friend. Or you can even talk to me. :) I'm always there for you guys, just like how you guys have always been there for me even though we don't really know each other. But yeah... I'd be there for you anytime if you ever need someone to talk to! :)
And so... moving on to other things. A few updates! And so if you follow me on Twitter, you would've probably seen me tweeting "I hate my hair!" countless times. Haha, and soo... yesterday I finally found the time to get my hair done! :) I've always wanted to try something different and bold... and so... this is what I did to my hair!
Heheh, I LOVE IT! :D But I still can't get used to the fact that I'm half blonde now. Hahah. HALF BLONDE AH GUYS. SO DON'T COME UP WITH A NEW HATE COMMENT "DUMB BLONDE" ALL. HAHA.
I got it done at TEAM Salon at Parkway Parade. And I honestly applaud their hard work and effort. So many stylists worked on my hair just to get the result above. I honestly felt like a Queen in there. They really pay attention to their customers. :) When I finished reading the magazines, they'd actually change it and give me a new stack. I even had my tea refilled THREE TIMES!! Super awesome service and the stylists there are really nice. Especially the owner of the salon, Jean Tong! There was even a dude who looked like Johnny Depp! NO JOKE. LOL
Not really too sure what this hairstyle is called, but I think it's an Ombre hair colour? Dark brown with Blonde ends? I showed them a picture for reference and this is what they did! :) Really loving it. Next time, I'm gonna change it to other colours. Maybe purple? Blue? PINK? :D See how it goes. For now, I gotta rest my hair because the ends were bleached and so it's a little dry now.
I have to say that this hair is definitely NOT CHEAP. I paid abut $430++ for this! But then again, I don't regret it one bit because the experience and the result was worth it in the end. :) So thank you TEAM Salon for the time, patience and effort. :) They even stayed back to do touch ups to ensure it was perfect(even though, the shop closed at 9pm). I left the salon near 10pm? Awesome bunch of dedicated people. :)
Oh and recently... I've been super hooked on watching cooking videos on Youtube! Felt inspired to cook and decided to make Carbonara for Kalebh and my family. :))
I know it might sound kinda conceited to say this. But I think I did a really awesome job. HAHA, because it tasted realllyyyyyyyyyy good. If you want the recipe or a tutorial or something, TELL ME. ;)
Another update....
After procrastinating for soooo long, I finally decided to register for my driver's licence! Namira, myself and Syahida went together and so our basic theory test will fall on the 31st of August! Gahh... can't wait to just get this over and done with! It's about time I get my license. Slowpoke me. x)
Oh and do you guys know that I've actually scheduled a dental appointment with Pristine Dentalworks to have my braces done up again? I love my teeth now but I'm not fully satisfied with it and so I'm getting my top braces done again on the 31st of August as well! So yes... BRACES FOR ABOUT ANOTHER 3 TO 6 MONTHS? Absolutely can't wait! Kinda nervous yet excited. It's been soo long since I last had it on. I've missed it! hehehe.
Recently been hanging out with Kabealot. No doubt he makes me really happy. And so no matter what people say, I'm not gonna listen. I'm just gonna listen and follow my heart. I know what's best for me. :) And I know, Kalebh makes me the happiest that I've ever been in a really long time, or possibly even... EVER? :)

Me and one of my besties, Namira. :D We bought these crazy looking glasses for about 6 dollars plus at Far East Plaza. The crazy thing about it is that it had little dangling 'balls' attached to the sides to make it look like earrings. HAHA, super cute and creative! We walked around town wearing these, and yeah... we got stared at alot. But like I said, WHY WORRY ABOUT WHAT OTHER PEOPLE THINK RIGHT? DO WHAT YOU WANNA DO AND WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY AND AT THAT POINT, THESE BALLS MADE ME HAPPY OKAY? HAHAHA. :D
Love her to death! I don't understand why people keep talking shit about her on my Formspring. Please do yourself and me a favour and just get lost really because nothing's going in okay? I don't care what you have to say. I judge based on what I see and know, and not just cos you or someone else don't like her or had a bad experience with her or whatever. So, quit wasting your time and mine. :P TYVM.
Met up with Aizan for abit at Coffeebean and he gave us free drinks! Hehe :D Thanks Aizan :D
And a really random picture that I love alot to end this dear diary entry. So basically, life has been awesome so to say the least. I'm thankful for all the people in my life. My friends, my family, my cat... everyone.
And to sum up this entry, I'd just like to end this entry with a really awesome piece of news as well.. just earlier today I received an offer to be an Intern as a WRITER for TEENAGE MAGAZINE. I took the Writing test a few weeks ago and honestly didn't think I'd even get the job... BUT I DID! And I'm really sooooo very thankful. :) A new writer round the block aye? :) Intern or not.... this'll definitely help my portfolio/resume in future. Thank you Teenage Mag for the opportunity and thank you God for all the blessings. :) Fasting month starts next week! Pretty excited for that too. :) And if you're a Muslim, Happy Fasting guys!
